Appefox provides custom website design and development services.
Due to the nature of digital services, work begins immediately after project initiation.


2. Advance Payment

  • A 40% advance payment is required to begin any project.
  • This payment confirms the project booking and resource allocation.

3. No Refund After Work Starts

  • Once the project has started, no refunds will be issued.
  • This includes advance payments and any subsequent payments made.

This policy exists because time, effort, and resources are invested immediately after work begins.


4. Cancellation Before Work Starts

  • If a project is canceled before any work has started, refund eligibility may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  • Any transaction or processing fees (if applicable) may be deducted.

5. Project Delays

  • Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by:
    • Late content submission
    • Delayed feedback or approvals
    • Changes in project scope

6. Dissatisfaction & Revisions

  • Revisions are provided as per the selected plan.
  • Appefox encourages open communication to resolve concerns during the project timeline.

Refunds will not be provided for dissatisfaction if the agreed scope and revisions have been delivered.


7. Third-Party Costs

  • Payments made for third-party services (domains, hosting, plugins, tools, licenses) are non-refundable and are governed by the respective provider’s refund policies.
