2. Payments
- A 40% advance payment is required before the project begins.
- The remaining balance must be paid before final website delivery or launch.
- Payments are non-refundable once work has started.
3. Revisions
- Revisions are included as per the selected plan.
- Any additional revisions or changes beyond the plan scope may incur extra charges.
4. Project Timeline
- Project timelines depend on project scope, requirements, and client responsiveness.
- Delays caused by late content, approvals, or feedback from the client may extend delivery time.
5. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide:
- Accurate information
- Content (text, images, logos) in a timely manner
- Prompt feedback and approvals
Appefox is not responsible for delays caused by missing or late client input.
6. Ownership & Portfolio Rights
- Upon full payment, the client owns the final website.
- Appefox retains the right to display the project as part of its portfolio, case studies, or promotional materials.
7. Third-Party Services
- Domain, hosting, paid plugins, themes, licenses, payment gateways, and third-party tools are the client’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
- Appefox is not liable for issues caused by third-party services.
8. Support & Maintenance
- Appefox provides 14 days of free post-delivery support for bug fixes and minor issues.
- Ongoing maintenance, updates, or new feature requests after this period may require additional charges.
9. Refund Policy
- No refunds will be issued once the project has started.
- If a project is canceled before work begins, payments may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
10. Limitation of Liability
Appefox is not liable for:
- Business losses
- Data loss
- Website downtime due to hosting or third-party services
11. Termination
Appefox reserves the right to terminate services if:
- Payments are not made on time
- The client violates these terms
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
