Due to the nature of digital services, work begins immediately after project initiation.
2. Advance Payment
- A 40% advance payment is required to begin any project.
- This payment confirms the project booking and resource allocation.
3. No Refund After Work Starts
- Once the project has started, no refunds will be issued.
- This includes advance payments and any subsequent payments made.
This policy exists because time, effort, and resources are invested immediately after work begins.
4. Cancellation Before Work Starts
- If a project is canceled before any work has started, refund eligibility may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Any transaction or processing fees (if applicable) may be deducted.
5. Project Delays

6. Dissatisfaction & Revisions

7. Third-Party Costs
- Payments made for third-party services (domains, hosting, plugins, tools, licenses) are non-refundable and are governed by the respective provider’s refund policies.
